We get asked all the time what is going on with the market at Hideaway Bay Beach Club. Markets are local and regardless of what is happening around us, there is nothing more local than Hideaway. Sales are slow and values have dropped. However with the sales and listing prices dropped, it should start to drive more sales in 2012. Hideaway has 7 listings compared to a year or so ago up to 12 were listed. As soon as we start moving through the inventory is when our values will begin to rise. We believe now that we are in the low 200’s it should spike interest and sales this year.

J-10 is now owned by a bank according to Charlotte County Tax Records. It’s not currently listed, which means that it has either sold and not recorded yet or just not listed. Usually Bank owned property sells for less than market value.
Help us spread the word, being able to buy a condo on Little Gasparilla Island for the low to mid 200’s was unheard of for many years. At peak they were selling in the 400's.
